Meet Anna Tabet, DNP, PMHNP, FNP-BC.
Anna holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a specialization in mental health and addictions. She brings five years of psychiatric mental health experience from Methodist Hospital and more than a decade as a family nurse practitioner across multiple clinical settings.

Anna is excited to join Cantera Psychiatry, an organization committed to elevating emotional and mental well-being through collaborative, patient-centered care. She is deeply motivated to support the full spectrum of human experience—emotional, mental, spiritual, and psychological.

Her clinical focus includes adolescents and adults navigating challenges such as addictions, anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, self-esteem concerns, and spiritual distress. Anna’s passion is partnership: meeting patients where they are and co-creating a path forward.

She looks forward to working with you as a unified care team.
