About Cash Payments
We welcome cash pay patients and want you to know that paying out of pocket doesn’t mean you’re on your own. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement, and you may be eligible to get money back after your visit.
Patients can submit claims easily through Reimbursify, a user-friendly service that helps you file for reimbursement with your insurance company in just minutes.
You’ll be reimbursed directly by your insurer based on your plan’s coverage.
Additionally, appointments can be paid for using Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for added flexibility.
About Our Fees
We believe in transparency and shared responsibility. For that reason, our fees are listed clearly.
Our practice is intentionally designed to prioritize depth, continuity, and thoughtful treatment over volume. This means longer appointments when clinically appropriate, careful medication management, and a collaborative approach that emphasizes insight, skill-building, and long-term healing—not quick fixes or assembly-line psychiatry.
By operating outside of insurance constraints, we are able to spend our time focused on you rather than on billing requirements, authorizations, or productivity quotas. Your fee reflects dedicated clinical time, limited panel size, and a commitment to care that is individualized, ethical, and sustainable.
We understand that investing in your mental health is a meaningful decision. We encourage you to review our approach and pricing thoughtfully to determine whether this model aligns with your needs, values, and readiness for this work.
Taking care of your mental health should be simple. We’re here to make it easier.
